about me

William H. Sams, California Bar #91837

I graduated from the Kansas University School of Law in 1977.  I entered into active service in the United States Navy as  Judge Advocate that year.   After a Navy career that included duty as a Military Judge I retired from active duty and opened my own law practice in San Diego County.  I have been blessed with the opportunity to have helped hundreds of clients in everything from defense at Courts-Martial to family law matters. I look forward to helping you.
